It is not often that a hotel lives up to all the great reviews written about it but this one does! We had an amazing stay at Residence Agnes. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, breakfasts were scrumptious, rooms and hotel immaculate and location was first class. We will definitely stay here if we return to Prague and will recommend the hotel to all our friends and family.

My children and I very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a beautifully charming place in a lovely neighbor and short walking distance to the main square. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!

When everyone rates as 5 stars, it seems suspicious. They weren’t kidding. The service is outstanding and they make you feel as if they were welcoming a lost family member home. Great rooms, amazing breakfast and incredible service. Very close walking distance to a lot of attractions. I’d come back to Prague just to stay here again.

Hotel Residence Agnes was probably the best customer service experience I’ve had at a hotel, anywhere. Staff consistently went above and beyond (from sightseeing/restaurant recommendations to welcome beverages to amazing breakfast service) and I will definitely be recommending the hotel to friends and family visiting Prague.

We had a fabulous time at this boutique hotel. Frank the owner and his staff treated us like family! Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of homemade baked goods. The location is perfect for visiting old town and all the sights. Hotel was very quiet, after a Busy sightseeing day it was a great place to return. Thanks to Frank & his entire staff for a memorable stay in Prague.

Once you step foot into this hotel, they treat you like family. They are so gracious and kind, attending to our every need. Our room was lovely and had a great view overlooking a courtyard. The breakfast was amazing and even had a person to make a personal omelet for you. We wish we could have stayed longer. Do not miss out on this lovely hotel. Frank is the owner and sent us out on our way with a bottle of Prosecco. Amazing place!

From the moment we arrived by train into Prague the service exceeded our expectations. Restaurant and tour recommendations were 100% on point. Viktoria was amazing and like a family member thru our trip. All the staff were attentive, friendly and you could tell they have been properly trained on service and are passionate about providing a high level of service!

By far, the nicest hotel that we have ever stayed in anywhere!! The hotel is beautiful and well located. The staff is unbelievable!!! Frank ( the owner) and his staff are incredible! They attend to your every need and make sure that your stay in Prague is like a dream! The daily breakfast is astounding which includes daily fresh baked goods ( often made by Frank’s wife). We will most definitely return and we were sad to leave because they make you feel like family!
