The staff (Chantal) was very helpful with questions I had about my first time in Curacao. I definitely recommend this property. Very close to restaurants and others places for families.

The resort is modern and the staff are always smiling and greeting you. The atmosphere and vibe is family oriented. The ocean beach pool is unique and it also has a freshwater pool. Everything is convenient within the resort and it is in walking distance to shopping, dining, cruise port, police station, and the hospital. I stayed for 5 nights, but needed to stay an extra 2 days due to an accident that occurred. The Guest Relations Manager Martesano Helmijr helped me with rebooking and at a discounted rate. I will always be grateful for his assistance during a traumatic time. I will be returning again.

Great experience. The hotel was clean and the service from the staff members was very good especially Roland,Chris and the young lady that gave out towels in the afternoon at the pool. Louides and Alex were exceptional; they made you feel very welcoming like and extension of your family. This hotel is definitely an A for staff members. The hotel does not have a beach. They have an infinity pool with salt water instead, and it is design as though your on the beach. The pool area is not crowded and a good place to relax. The hotel is in a good location where you can walk around during the day or night. Also good location for transportation via taxi, bus or small vans(tap taps) which can take you to and from the airport. Most places take US dollar just try to also bring smaller bills to give exact money when purchasing because some places do not have enough money in US dollar for change.

The location was excellent if you are looking for a central city location. The hotel does not have a defined campus but rather intertwines with the shopping center. You are on a man made rather than a natural beach. It was not what we expected but the hotel was awesome regardless. The hotel was kept extremely clean and the staff could not be more accommodating and friendly (special shout out to Roland at the door and Piet and Marledy in The Nautilus restaurant. They made us feel like family! )
Not everyone there is part of the all inclusive so the buffet items were very limited. Breakfast buffet and the ala carte dinner menu was good.
We tented scooters for the week and security accommodated
us with a parking area.
Walking distance to Queen Emma bridge, Hearts of Love, the RIF Fort shops and night lite and the shops in Punda make it a great location overall for our visit

I have so many highlights I dont know where to begin. Let's start with the staff. EVERY STAFF member went above and beyond to make us feel special. Chris and Stephanie were especially attentive. I hope they are there on our next trip. The faux beach has got to be the most genius idea I've encountered at a resort. You get all the things you love about a beach (sand, ocean views, ocean water) and none of the things that could ruin a beach outing (like rocky bottoms, harmful marine life or seaweed). Theres also a nice size outdoor pool for those who dont want to swim in saltwater. The beachside bar and grill was perfect for any beach bumb that wishes to have drinks and dine on the beach. The room was clean and spacious and the 3rd fl ocean view was unobstructed. My only critique is that the food quality was inconsistent. I was told it's because the staff dont follow a standard recipe but that dishes depend on how each particular chef interpets the dish. For this reason, I'm glad that I didnt select the all-inclusive option. Also, be prepared to soend about $30-$35 pp on meals. The taxes are pretty high. The resort should explain the Service Tax to guests because in the beginning I didn't tip much thinking "gratuity" was included.
It wasnt until I was asked about tipping a few times that I inquired and was told that the service tax doesn’t go to the server. All-in-all, this has been one of my favorite vacation destinations. My family will definitely be back.

The pool/beach is really quite amazing. It is man made on the 2nd floor roof but it appears like a real beach. You don’t have to worry about marine life at your feet and it is crystal clear and safe for the kids!

Our room was nice but nothing outstanding. Our "island view" room was partially what looked like an abandoned lot. There were stains on the carpet but everything seemed clean. The room was a little warm and the thermostat would say it was cooling but it didn't get comfortable in our room until about day 3. There was also only one chair on the balcony which was annoying because you couldn't really sit out there together (I was traveling with my husband). However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the infinity pool is beautiful and the best part of the hotel. If you stay here, don't go all inclusive! Eat in the city! the resort itself only has three different restaurants so if you're staying for any length of time you're going to be doing a lot of repeat dinners at the same places. You're much better off going into the City and eating dinner at all the amazing restaurants and trying all the local cuisine. The resort itself is great for couples or groups of adults getting away but I wouldn't recommend bringing small children. There isn't really anything for them to do at the resort or in the city unless you travel to a nearby complex where they do have amenities for children. This resort and island is definitely best suited for adult-only trips or families with older children. Don't be afraid to walk into the city. The resort itself has a lot of high-end shops but a short walk across the Floating Bridge brings you to even more shopping and great places to eat.
