The owners and workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went over and beyond to help us with every need. The front desk even loaned us his personal adapter. We stayed in the family room and had plenty of space for a family of 5. Wifi was ok. Breakfast was included and sufficient. Coffee was excellent! No lift available so be aware that there are stairs. I would highly recommend the Hotel Monika!

Beautiful, spacious, air conditioned family room on the 3rd floor. Cleaned to high standard daily. Friendly staff (special thanks to breakfast waiting staff for finding a birthday cake and candle for my daughter's birthday at 7am!)
