Loved the family room which had a connecting door between 2 rooms. 1 room had bed, kitchenette, bath; 2nd room had 2 beds in separate alcove areas and another bath. Loved the location near the park and good restaurants; enjoyed the free art museum in the park. Only disappointment was lack of hot water for showers.

This hotel is in the center of San José with private and secure parking. The family suite was super clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We only stayed one night before leaving for the southern zone but we were very happy with this stay and would recommend!

Stayed here for two nights, after and before our international flights. It is a nice hotel, and some parts have been updated. Our first room was a family room (as booked) with two Queen beds separated by the washroom into two areas. Our second room was an 'upgrade' and had a small kitchen, and a king bed, but only a sofa bed for our adult daughter. It was more updated but not nearly as good for our family. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good, but the breakfasts were just okay. It was also much further from the airport than I had understood. Also their shuttle was going to cost $11/person, and we took an Uber for $12 total. So a nice hotel but not sure I would reccomend.

Nice hotel, very well located. We stayed there two nights, one when we arrived to CR and the second on the way home. The staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. On our second stay they only had the suits available and it had those doors that can be open to the next room if you have a big family and book both, the guests in the next room were super load at 5 am and it seemed like they were inside our room. I know that is not the hotel's fault, but you might want to keep it in mind. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
