Very cleanly with a very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect place for a family vacation; off the main drag but with a long beachfront and nice pools.

I love this hotel! We stayed four nights. Everything was great - the ease of parking, friendly check-in, cleanliness and fabulous pool. Walk straight from the pool onto the beach or take a quick walk to downtown Jaco. The hotel is good for families, couples or singles alike. I would stay here again.

Great ‘family value’ hotel. The property is outrageously clean the rooms are dang spotless. Can I hire these room service lady’s for my place? It has one of the biggest and best pools I have been to. Walk able to the more busy side of town 30 minute beach walk or $5 or less uber. The fruit selection for breakfast is worth the price of admission itself though dont forget you can order an omelette that I recommended.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained property with something for everyone, including families. My issue was extending my stay for an extra night and being charged twice what the room cost beforehand. That was a bit over the top!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week at the Crocs resort. We couldn't have had a better experinece. To begin with - the staff and service they provided was amazing. Special call outs to Oscar, Minor, Fabian, David, Erickson, and Alejandra. They felt like family by the time we left. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was so nice and relaxing and we loved that we could have food and drinks right there. Deliciously fresh food. The beach was right outside of the pool area and very accessible. We liked that we could walk to the downtown area or take a cab if needed. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying on Jaco Beach.

Crocs turned out to be a fabulous choice for us. We are planning to load up the entire family and return in December. Thinking we would pick this destination over Hawaii. Many great staff members that were really kind and went out of their way to make our trip great.

Our stay at Croc’s was great! Everything was amazing - the view, the room, the food, the pool. We had a great time inspite of being there only for 1 night. Also very close to the Jaco walk yet very safe and family friendly. Would definitely love to stay again!

1 45 am american man negotiating price with 2 prostitutes and music very loud Then all kind of sex sounds I have 2 kids! Nobody answers the phone.
