Check in was fast and cordial…got a room upgrade for an ocean view. Daily breakfast was very filling….appreciated our waitress…Patricia…service with a smile. I appreciated the candy basket at reception….they encouraged me to help myself with a sincere smile. A walk alongside the main highway to a nearby beach afforded us our daily exercise….collected shells…..saw a Sloth in the forest trees. Room was quite spacious…gorgeous view of the beach….shower had the hottest water with great pressure. Enjoyed the pool next to the restaurant. The services from the HR person….the manager…..our breakfast waitress…and room cleaner Sonja…were top notch! It felt like we were treated like family. I highly recommend this hotel…..beyond a five star rating!
