Although the customer service at the hotel was good, the facility and its surroundings are not up to western standards. The food on site is limited and substandard as well. Hotel management proved to be inept in providing clean and an adequate supply of towels in the room. In all conscientious, I could not recommend this hotel to friends and family…

Beautiful hotel and great friendly staff. Checking in was easy because this hotel accepted Colombian Govt issued IDs....didn’t need birth certificates (which no one carries with them). This place was clean and comfortable with an awesome breakfast buffet. Me and my children were very happy staying here because it’s walking distance to most restaurants and shopping. The beach is also close by. Very Wonderful place!
