Employees are lost and unaware of all rules and charges so they will tell you one price and then give you a different one later on, they do not have any customer service as after I told them they should be more consistent with rules and charges they started to roll their eyes and speaking badly of me and my family. Do not stay here.

I booked two rooms; one for my wife and I, and one for the kids. No hot water for two days. Front desk personnel not friendly, unapologetic. Will not return and/or recommend this hotel.

My family and i truly had a great stay , excellent breakfast goid room service and the best was hot water lol,, staff super helpful on guiding us and chofer taxi , super friebdly and professional .... Will return in the future ....

Not worth the money. No door man. You have to take 2 elevators. You have to carry your own bags. I chose the plus side expecting amenities there was nothing. I paid more and the rooms looked just like the ones in the pictures of the junior side.. The breakfast was nasty. The neighborhood is also very industrial and isolated. There is no where to walk. Save yourself the money pay like $50 more and go to the Hilton.
