I would like a full refund. I have family that live in Cartagena. My cousin was coming back to my room and he said she could not come in because I only had one name on my reservation. In all of my years traveling all over the world, I have never had a hotel deny me of a guest. In addition, the guy was extremely rude and would not explain the situation. I want a full refund of this hotel immediately. Thank you!

I stayed here one night and found it outstanding overall. The staff was exceptionally well trained and helpful without being intrusive. The pool and bar area upstairs offers incredible views and a relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and with a comfortable king size bed. A few observations to bear in mind: It's not particularly kid friendly (steep stairs, balconies), the band can play late into the night on week ends, and the elevator is not air conditioned. Did not have enough time to explore the spa. Would definitely stay here again.
