great staffs, great location and very convenient to my life style ...Hotel Dix is my medellin's home , I go there for the last 6 years and love the Management, staffs it is like visiting family .so far so good .

Good hotel and what was a good location. Parque lleras now has a constant police presence and obvious prostitution. Not a family dining spot anymore.

This is a great hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Poblado and near all the nightlife and dining options. I found all the staff very friendly and helpful. My room, I believe they label it a double or junior suite, had two queen or king sized beds with plenty of room to move around and not feel claustrophobic. Breakfast was included and the menu had some variations my 9 days there. Lleras park is a 2 min walk and the poblado metro station about a 10 min walk. So a very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Relatively they left me and my family sleeping on the street, I had reserved 3 rooms and simply because I did not have my passport they did not let us move away
