My family stated at this hotel for a few nights. We booked two rooms and thought that the rooms would be connected, but that was not the case. In one room, the heater could not be turned off, thus making the room stay at a very high temperature of 46 celcius. We told the front desk to send a technician to fix the problem. The person came, but the problem was never fixed. In the end we had to keep the windows open for air circulation. The location is not ideal either. It is located in an older neighborhood away from the city which does not give the feeling of being in Shanghai.
