While the breakfast buffet caters more to Chinese tastes, there are Western options available. Families will appreciate the kids' play areas and the hotel's convenient location right on the beach, with local restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Relaxed 24h in March. Lots of families here, but 28 deg c but still quiet at the pool. I as a westerner enjoyed my meals outdoors while it was as typically quite loud inside the restaurant. Both Chinese and western food. The western food was good. Room was huge with a softer than typically Chinese beds, good for me. Nice balcony with a sunbed. Very friendly staff and you could always find someone who spoke English.

This hotel has the potential to be great but unfortunately the service and missed opportunities let it down. For example; there is a pool bar that is not open, the hotel doesn't offer any beds on the beach. There is an amazing space outside the lobby bar that could have cseating for enjoying a few drinks, whilst over looking the sea, but instead its not utilised. There is no direct access to the beach unless you go through the pool. Ridiculous for a hotel on the beach. They try their best with service but it's nowhere near what westerners usually expect. It's definitely more of a family hotel and lots of Chinese families really doesn't make it relaxing even if you have kids yourself. The pool gets very busy, especially at weekends and is not a place you can relax. The rooms are very large and clean and the bathroom is great. The view from the balcony is good too. Around the hotel there are quite a few restaurants (all Chinese), supermarket and a beach bar (wasn't yet open for the season so I don't know what it's like). Overall the hotel is OK and if you don't mind busy environments and can deal with average service you will no doubt enjoy it.

In general the stay was good, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, facility (swimming pool, gym, kids play areas) very well maintained. Following can be improved, for breakfast i would suggest to have more western food option, also there should be better service around the pool such as possibility to order drinks and food and have them delivered to swimming pool

Good hotel, staff were attentive and professional. Breakfast had a good selection of food but mostly geared to Chinese tastes. Infinity pool was beautiful but had to choose times carefully as there were loads of kids - the kids' pool was hardly used because it is too shallow for them. Location is right on the beach with a few restaurants opening up next door for more choice. Room service was OK, some items were overpriced for the area and the staff were not confident in speaking in English over the phone but they did try hard to give the best service. Would consider staying again for a short break.
