Our family had a wonderful stay here in this Christmas. The staff is well trained to look after all your needs. They were so thoughtful to give a nice surprise to my daughter who was having her birthday in this trip. All staff especially the front desk staff are among the nicest and most attentive of any hotel I have stayed at. They are pleasant and work with heart. They truly represent the best of what Hyatt is about. I highly recommend getting the option to have breakfast there, the food was so good! The staff serving the breakfast are patient, sensible and efficient. Such a wonderful hotel with fabulous view, tasty food and great staff team.
