If you plan your trip to Rapa Nui, this is the place to stay - they will take care of all your needs! We absolutely loved how we were treated as family from the very moment we arrived. We did private tours following the concierge recommendations and had the best of time- also the hotel always asked us what snacks and drinks to pack had chairs, ponchos, umbrellas in case we needed them. The tour guides Teata and David were absolutely delightful and took amazing care of us! The restaurant food was pretty tasty and they accommodated all our dietary needs. Loved the garden - we relaxed on the porch every evening enjoying it!

I can’t say enough great things about Hare Noi! Most of all the staff. Every single person we came in contact with from from the front desk, restaurant and the cleaning staff went above and beyond what was expected of them. We was there for our wedding and was so pleased with every second of our stay. We never stayed anywhere before that treated us more like a family member than a customer. The staff generally seemed interested in our life’s and how our experiences on the island was.
