We can’t tell you enough just how much we enjoyed our stay. At the end of our trips, we recount our favorite excursions, memories, meals, etc. Without hesitation, we both agreed that the best part of this trip was our stay at Palm Heights. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Everyone we met was so pleasant, helpful, and fun. The attention to detail was exceptional (especially the daily afternoon treats) and the vibes were just immaculate. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed here for four nights and really loved the place. It had a bit of a White Lotus vibe which was fun and relaxing. The service was the best I have ever had in the Caribbean. They were all really excellent. The food onsite was very good, especially Tillies. The beach set up was typical but with good service. While there were kids there, I don't think I'd take smaller kids. Overall, a great experience and I'd recommend it to my friends.

Great beach, location and room. We are a family of 5 and the two bedroom suite was beautiful and spacious steps from the beach. Looking forward to going back.

Amazing family trip! Did I say amazing!?! Brought 3 generations of my family (10 of us) to Grand Cayman with the hope that we would have the vacation of a lifetime. I found the hotel that made everybody happy and we had a trip that will be remembered forever! All expectations were greatly exceeded - even for those with extremely high standards. The vibe is so relaxed; the staff is authentically nice; the food is impeccably fresh and delicious; the rooms are spacious and perfect; the beachfront is the best on 7-Mile beach.
