Very clean and well staffed. The Sunday brunch was top notch. You can tell this is a family owned business that cares and strives to be the best at their offering.

We stayed at the Park Town for 3 nights. It was our first family trip with our 11months old baby. The room was great with a nice view of the river. It was close to Midtown Mall and other downtown locations. The pool was well maintained. The restaurant and it's staffs were really great.

I loved that it was a family owned property and that they have created other uses for their property, such as a "underage" senior complex. The beds were not the best we have slept on. Definitely not the worst but if you are a sensitive sleeper, you will notice.

Met some family members there to go bicycling,needed a place to store our bikes overnight. Hotel staff were very accommodating & provided a secure place to lock them up for the night. Hotel was very clean, including the rooms. Excellent restaurant & great food.

Was there early June 2023 for only 2 nights. Looked decent enough; workout room was great, with a family pool (did not use). The entrance to the hotel is a bit odd, almost like an alley entrance. Would also be great if breakfast was included. I did not have any negative experience so was great

I liked the location of the hotel. I didn't like having to pay for parking. We also had a large humming noise start up quite loud for about 30 seconds and then drop to a lower hum for awhile. It may have been the air conditioner, but I wasn't sure if it was in our room or the room next door. When it starts it is quite loud. And if you are sleeping it will wake you when it starts. I did like the river view we had. It was beautiful. I booked a room for a family member that was supposed to be a city view but all they got was a view of the parking lot. They had to change rooms due to a large vent outside below their window, but the staff were quite accommodating in helping them .

Wifi worked in the hallway outside our door but not in our room. Room was comfortable. Main issue is that we specifically requested a room close to an elevator as we were there for an elderly family member having day surgery and having mobility issues. The hotel confirmed he would be close to the elevator with a River view. Upon checking in, we were given the room absolutely furthest from the elevator.
