Not sure why this hotel would stick kids on the 3rd floor but we were lucky enough to have two of the little sh!ts above us. They ran around like they were at a playground screaming until 1:30am. I would never stay here again or another Travelodge for that matter.

We booked a king suite and when we got here they said they couldn’t put us in that room. So we have to stay in a double queen and it doesn’t fit our family. The bedding is dirty. The rug is dirty. Wish I would have booked elsewhere.

This property is under new management with ongoing renovations - The lobby and common areas are dark and dated, but our room was pretty new. Bed was comfy (even the pull out couch was decent). The breakfast area was small with limited seating, but the food was decent. Staff were great! The occupancy max is 4 people per room, not the 5 we entered during our Expedia search. They made an exception for us because our fifth person was a baby, but be aware of occupancy rules.

The room was not like it was advertised on Expedia. The advertised room photo showed a newish bathroom, white linen on the beds and flooring which looked new (laminate faux wood). When we got the room, it had old carpeting, old red and rough duvet which was ill fitting, a mirror that was cracked at the bottom, and a toilet which kept making noise. Plus the smell was not great. I felt like it I got the “bait and switch” / false advertising. I immediately went to front desk to say I could not sleep there and it was not anything like advertised and she said she wouldn’t give any of my money back. She did show me a renovated room which looked a bit better but the bedding was the same old red and rough duvet so no thanks. It looks like a pay by the hour hotel. No money back. I left and booked into a hotel down the highway for similar price which is much better condition and much nicer. Even has a pool and a water slide for the kids.

I was very disappointed with my stay, the Staff and services were great don't get me wrong, however on our floor it was loud due to the neighboring rooms and others on the floor, which was very disruptive as I stayed in Hospital with a family member and required the room for rest which wasn't very restful after long days at the hospital. Our room was very spacious and clean for most part however the rugs could of been vacuumed a bit more.

We stayed in a king suite, plenty of room for the entire family. Was spacious and clean, and would definitely recommend the suite. Breakfast included was continental,

Room very drafty and cold with glass doors on main level. Room was booked for 5 (2 adults and 3 older children) and found to have insufficient bedding and towels for this number. Staff had to be asked on more than one occasion for the additional bedding and towels. Neighbors were very noisy in evening 9-11pm. We had to walk to front desk and call more than once for noise to be dealt with

It was very difficult to get to, we had to go through a maze of parking lots to find it. Then there was a fire alarm incident, we were told it malfunctioned. Our children were awoken and put in panic, then when we returned to our room after evacuating they had a terrible time going back to sleep. This was not a restful stay for us which was disappointing after the long day we had.

Got the job done and the room was all right but just compared to hotels we usually stay at it was very dated and run down. Initial impression on bringing the family was not good with strong pot smell in the elevator and worn carpets. Even the luggage cart had such tiny wheels it was useless in snow and tough to even get across the gap in the elevator.

We have been staying here for years on our way to Alberta to visit family we have always booked circle tells.com now we are being charged a $20 fee because the fact that we use an Expedia/hotels.com booking this is a horrible Way to get people to travel again when they have been using the companies to book placesFor many years The only time we didn't go was through covid now because covid's over and I'm using a secondary company you think it's fair that you should charge me because I didn't book through you because you were way more expensive
