Spacious, quiet suite with kitchenette. Breakfast options were limited. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Really like the location, the room sizes are spacious & cleanliness of the property— it’s newer so everything is in good condition What they could improve upon is the quality of the mattresses. Way too soft. We had a family event so we booked 5 rooms & everyone complained the mattress was too soft. Many of us have left with very sore backs. They need better quality mattresses. The furniture is pretty cheaply made so it’s likely going to be in pretty bad shape in a couple years. So for the quality of mattress reasons I’ve rated it a 3. If not for this, I would give it a 4 or greater

We were in town to visit a family member in the ICU at the Hospital. The hospital staff gave us a form for a reduced hotel rate which this hotel would not honour. We had a lot of family in town staying at 4 different hotels and this hotel was the only one that refused to honour the compassionate rate agreement with Saskatchewan Health Authority, the other hotels did. We booked in a rush due to circumstances and did not select 4 adults on our 2 queen bed room booking. The front desk staff tried to charge us an additional $50 at check in for the extra guests, on top of not honouring the compassionate rate, so two of our group went to stay with other family in a different hotel. Totally ridiculous. Also, the toilet was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned properly in a long time by the amount of dust on the dried urine. Hotel is new which is nice, but cleaning staff are confusing new with clean. Breakfast was fine, but basic. Location is good, but here are many other nice hotels in the area for similar rates. This is not a nice hotel for a good price, it’s a low end hotel that happens to be new. Would not stay there again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Could have used a variety of pillow firmness. Also, not much for bottled water. Very quiet, even the staff seemed scarce. This is our second stay and will likely stay again as we visit family and use this as the “guest” room. Good location with coffee shops and groceries near by.

We've stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and the room on the top floor was good. This time it was very disappointing. The sheets were badly stained, there was multiple hairs in the bed sheets, it looks like a soda pop or something was spilled on the edge of the bed frame and not cleaned. When I booked the room I booked a king bed with a sofa bed. The receipt shows it was for 2 adults and a 17 year old child. We open the door to the room and it has no sofa bed, so nowhere for our 17 year old to sleep. The staff blamed it on Expedia. If Expedia isn't showing your property correctly the hotel should do something about it and make it right with the guest. We ended up having to have our child stay at families and my spouse and I stayed in the room. The room was also a wheelchair accessible room so the bathroom was more like a public pool's washroom. With so many other hotels in Regina we won't be back.

It is near my family home. Coop is next door. It is peaceful, clean, spacious rooms and I can see my childhood home from the window. This our home hotel always.

I’ve never stayed at this property before. The staff at check in was very slow. Took my information and cards and handed me my key card and had barely explained how to use it and needed for paper in my room. Wasn’t told where the elevators were or where to go and nothing about breakfast or times. Or check out. Or amenities. I booked a double Queen room for my floor space. When I got to the room it was the smaller room with a king bed. The tub in the bathroom was shallow and small. And they say this property is sound proof one of the reasons I chose it. And I listened to kids running up and down the halls and screaming and yelling and doors slamming. I laid down for a nap Saturday afternoon and was woken up by the desk calling only to find out it was the wrong room. Needless to say I don’t think I will be returning.

It is new that part is good. Staff is friendly. But not enough staff at check in. 1 staff at desk & was very busy . They also charged my daughter-in-law a extra 28$ because had 2 kids with her They said they should have asked at time of booking she told them it was herself & 2 kids age 11&13 at time of booking. But I guess person who booked didn’t mark it down. They tried saying it was because of free breakfast. Not free.

The location was close to our family and the airport though there were few amenities in the neighbourhood.
