Great hotel to stay with kids and for shopping great room great space

I like staying there my babies like to swim and shower in the room only thing bothers it goes hot and cold

First We had to change room cause bed was runned down. It happens. The new room is even worst, AC is terribly loud and it’s way too cold to turn it off for the night. Had to move one of the beds next to the wall cause of our toddler and god. Wish I didnt need to do that cause as we say, what we don’t know does not hurt. Now i do know and its not the cleanness I would except for this 185$ a night hotel. We can hear the neighbours as if they were sitting next to us, merry christmas

Great place to spend a night kids love the games room and pool

It has all kind of amenities which makes it good for families, indoor pool is nice, we did not try outdoor pool weather was cool. Arcades, clean rooms, it was a nice stay. Close to many restaurants, and gas station.

My kids loved staying there for the game room and swimming pool with comfy beds.

Loved the surroundings and the town. Really didn't like the overall level of customer service. The room was not once cleaned for four days in a row because of Covid (but no staff wears any masks?) we had a fire alarm ring in the middle of the night because no battery check was conducted, breakfast was only available upon reservation and the cherry on the cake was during check out when the staff told us that the price at which we made our reservation was no longer applicable and therefore the offer of 130$/night went up to 190$ without any notice. We didn't make a case out of it but it was still disappointing. Would not recommend to friends or family.

Everything good. Staff so friendly and the service was so good and fast. The Aqua fun is really fun for the kids.

Four days of absolute horror! My room was close to the exit door and every time someone came in, the door slammed and agitated me. Ever single movement echoed exponentially. In addition, all the other doors made the same sound. One night some keycard did not worked. Instead of going to reception, that person started to bang the door. Horrible! There were several groups of people who were vacationing together and the kids ran throughout the hallways in and out of the rooms. Terrible noisy. On our third night, same thing. Those groups of people, someone was smoking in the room which triggered the smoke alarm…. So you see my disappointment and anger building up? I understand it’s not the hotels fault, but it should be reaffirmed that respect for others and their properties must be practiced at all times, especially in public places. Parent with kids. Several people placed their used towels, garbage and other dirty items in the hallways. While walking you felt as though you’re in some run-down poor country. We paid a significant amount of money for four days of pure disappointment and aggravation. Areas for improvements: Have a guard on regular patrol Do not place a couple near large groups Inspect the functioning of your doors Things I liked: Newly renovated room Clean Thank you for-paying attention to this feedback Warm regards, Lucy
