Our family recently stayed at Hôtel Brossard and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was exceptional, and the location is perfect. Despite the hotel showing some age, it is well-maintained, clean, and elegant. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. Highly recommended.

Our stay was terrible there was no electricity, couldn't shower the kids were upset no lights, no breakfast, it was hot at night because the air-condition wasn't working.

We were having a family trip and booked two rooms. The hotel arranged us two rooms with access doors between the two rooms. That was very convenient for families travelling together. The rooms are clean, with all the basic amenities.

This was not a family friendly hotel.
There was no microwave in the rooms.
As soon as we checked in for 2 nights we were told no room service until day 3, at that time we were already gone!
No options for vegans, except toast, oranges and hashbrowns. No oat or soy milk for cereal.
It was a stressfull stay!

I very much enjoy staying at this hotel. I have stayed here several times over the years and I have always had an amazing experience!
The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfasts in the morning are always delicious.
In addition, staff are impeccably polite and are helpful.
This is a great place to stay if you are in the Montreal area, whether for business, to stay as a family or for a romantic getaway.

I recently stayed at the Brossard Hotel in Montreal with my family, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts cleanliness, excellent service, and breathtaking views that left a lasting impression.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Yassin at the reception desk, whose kindness and helpfulness set a positive tone for our stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to his exceptional service.
Throughout our stay, we found the hotel to be impeccably clean, with attentive staff ensuring our comfort at every turn. The breakfast provided was of high quality, though I would suggest the inclusion of non-pork-based protein options to cater to a wider clientele base.
One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view of the river and illuminated bridge nearby. It provided a picturesque backdrop for our time at the hotel and added to the overall charm of the experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the Brossard Hotel to anyone visiting Montreal. With its top-notch service, cleanliness, and scenic views, it offers a truly enjoyable stay for travelers of all kinds. We look forward to returning in the future.

Be ready for kids running up and down the hallway and staff not giving a crap about it... Ive been less bothered in cheap motels... As an owner of a cleaning business in hospitality it was not anywhere as good as I wouldve cleaned it found old wrappers over the armoire and an ld gum in the trash also my lotion was halfway gone already.... bed was done all wrong .... I did sleep well so theres that but wasnt worth all that money for the standards the hotel offers since thwres no way to relax.Oh yea 2 other things the treadmill in the gym is uber noisy and there's no juice available at night ......

Not informed about the construction work that is around the hotel. Rude customer service not knowledgeable, no compassion with elders and kids that need to rest after a long drive and getting lost as not knowing theirs construction. So I happy then book another hotel the next day outside the city worst experience.

Our family car was stolen from the parking lot, along with another family’s. The hotel did NOTHING to help, they didn’t even offer an apology. THEY DID NOT EVEN CALL 911 FOR US! The manager didn’t even speak to us. Also, given that the front desk wasn’t surprised at all, I highly suspect this happens frequently.

The room is very nice and big !!!
Very affordable !! Awesome for a family of 5 !!
