The location is breathtaking. The outside heated pools provide a stunning views of the hills with deers roaming around aimlessly. The staff was incredibly nice and service was impeccable at all levels. The kids loved it. We will be back soon!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I booked two rooms (Gold Room 721 and Room 621 on the 6th floor) for a family trip from May 18th, which was meant to be a memorable experience for my three children and my 75-year-old mother, who was visiting from Jordan for the first time.
Upon checking in, I was informed that my children could not access the Gold Lounge. I understood the policy but requested an upgrade or to pay for my children's access to the lounge. My request was refused due to hotel capacity.
The situation escalated when my daughter came to see me while I was at the lounge. She took a small cupcake and cookie. I did not want to create a scene and planned to explain the situation to her later. However, the receptionist approached me in a loud and rude manner, reprimanding me in front of my daughter, my elderly mother, and other guests. He also threatened to charge me $75 if any child was seen in the lounge again.
I did not expect such treatment from Fairmont. I was willing to pay or upgrade to accommodate the policy, yet I was met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior. This incident not only embarrassed me but also distressed my family, particularly my elderly mother, for whom this trip was supposed to be a special experience. I hope you can address this matter promptly and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I look forward to your response

No USB ports anywhere in room. Tiny fridge, no microwave which would be nice. 4 season outdoor pool is fantastic...a warm 94 degrees...swimming in April. Hot tub is about same temperature, reason is they want it to be family-friendly. All in all a wonderful stay for us as we love pools.

Lovely stay and family friendly. The outdoor hot tub and pools were fantastic after a long day of skiing.

Love the convenience of ski in/out especially with kids. And the food options were all very tasty even the little bistro/cafe which was a convenient lunch break during skiing.

Amazing time at the Fairmont. Sebastien in Le Comptoir each morning at breakfast was so good to our family. The ski in/ski out and ski valet is amazing. Skis on, slide 50ft down hill onto the lift. Pool and hot tub are great with poolside drinks. Choux Gras Brasserie was delicious and great wine list. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. All in all will definitely return.

Fairmount Tremblant is the best hotel to stay on the mountain. It is a true ski in/ski out with an onsite ski valet. This is absolutely the most important to me in a ski vacation, but Fairmount also has amazing outdoor and indoor pools where you can relax in different temperatures. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable with excellent firm mattresses, lots of towels. Service at this hotel is amazing, you need anything extra slippers, sewing kit they will bring it right up. When we arrived there was a large fruit, sweets, snacks tray in our room and a large bottle of water. Then 2 days later they bought another tray of mini French pastries and another large bottle of water. Our kids grew up spending Presidents Day at the Fairmount and love coming back every year. There is only one thing that I would suggest - please bring back the maple syrup lollipops - this is a Canadian tradition everyone loves them after a day of skiing. You used to have them by the pool in the afternoon and we were very disappointed that they were replaced by the apres ski bar. Kids and adults love those lollipops and you can definitely put the lollipop man on the side near the bar. Everyone young and old will appreciate having this treat back!

Elevators require maintenance. Room was a junior suite and toilet did not work properly. Quite expensive $2000.00 for a weekend stay to have to fix the toilet tank each time we used our toilet. Staff made a note at check-out however, did not offer any other rebate.
The outdoor spa and staff were wonderful.

Not what we expect for a luxury hotel. They charge you for everything (ie: wifi, drying your ski boots)- service is not great. I will blame it on the language since many speak just French and don’t seem to be very helpful. There are not a lot of options in the restaurants (mainly pizza and egg Benedict in different styles), and the bar doesn’t allow kids. Breakfast is not included which we knew in advance but still found a little inconvenient for the fare. There are other hotels nearby that are also close to the slopes with similar room sizes so I suggest checking for those too. The only perk that we really found was the outdoor pool.

The staff are very friendly! The pool is good for children, it has a warm tub, shallow section and full section for adults swim. Not a ton of seating near the pool area.
Unfortunately the terrace and outdoor pools were under construction which was only told to us AFTER we paid for our room.
The a la cart breakfast was good. Before price than the buffet.
The pasta/pizza restaurant was not very tasty. The beef tartar specifically was very disappointing.
Overall, the Fairmont has nice additions such as ale Labo products and always features friendly staff; but the food needed some work.
