Delta Hotels by Marriott, Mont Sainte-Anne, Resort & Convention Center

Hotel itself was beautiful . I believe restaurant an extremely elevated for the clientele at this hotel . I noticed a lot of outdoors enthusiasts, mountain bikers etc staying at the hotel . I think the restaurant should have had a “ scaled down menu” from the sweetbread options at dinner . They had a burger on the menu , but that’s about it . Maybe two restaurants ? One more formal , one more “ relaxed”? The funny thing is the breakfast seemed lacking despite the heavy price tag ( maybe an omelet station or waffle maker available ?)The restaurant down the road “ St Bernard” is more the vibe this hotel should have with the onsite restaurant . There also needs to be a bit more security in hotel or rules about unattended children in the hotel . There was a large group of tweens running around the hotel , messing around in the exercise room , causing havoc in game room with no parent to be found . One of the guests had to call the front desk to address . Love the hotel , would stay again despite the small issues above ( I just won’t eat there )

My family had an amazing time at this hotel. Will definitely stay longer next time

Room was great. Quite noisy though - lots of kids around. Restaurant was lacking. Access to the ski hill could have been thought out a bit better.

Hotel excellent. Very well located for in and out ski. Nicely fully renovated. Excellent staff. Very nice rooms. Super confortable. Negative: hot tubs are like a children daycare. Impossible to relax.people even recording with their cell phones. The publish fake information on their website. It said special menu for Christmas eve but not true, it is just two additional special day meals.

Amazing stay and very professional service. We stayed in the penthouse which was a hit with kids. View of the mountain was nice. Breakfast was adequate but limited choices if you are muslim. Options for late dining are little limited if you want to go out of hotel. Area itself is amazing and hotel grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Kids loved the pool

It offers lots choices for rooms, four different pools. Awesome place to stay with family.

The hotel looks great, I booked a room on my way to Toronto to sleep and shower in before I hit the road again with my family and my dog. We arrived late at night ordered food from the hotel and slept, early in the morning my son went 1st in the shower and it was broken! The water connection between the hand held shower faucet was broken and when we opened the water the pressure made it hit my son in the face and terrified him! I called the service number at 7:00 am with no answer, I went down to the lobby and talked a guy that works there about the issue and he said he’ll send someone right away… we waited for 1 hour with no luck! We paid over 450$ that night for a place to sleep 8 hours in and no shower available! Very disappointing considering the money we spent! The facility looks amazing! But I guess we had the worst luck and experience!

Rooms were never cleaned. House keeping never cleaned the rooms. I don't know if there is lack of workers or what the situation was, however, my mother was in one room on a different floor than I. Neither our rooms were cleaned. Overpriced prices for food. My kids ordered for room service, the staff stated they don't deliver to the room. My kids had to bring the trays up to the room. And on top of that I was charged for delivery. Flies throughout the hotel, even in the restaurant area, staff seems to be used to this, they didn't even make an attempt to fix the problem. Food and trays were left overnight near the downstairs, we noticed this on our last day. We needed to leave early and we saw some food trays left overnight near the entrance. We were getting some information from one of the staff hotel personnel (young lady with long blonde hair) this was on Sunday 7/3/22. around 11:30am, while we were getting information, and asking about taxi information. The other young lady, (long brown hair) next to her, was clearly rolling her eyes and giving dirty looks as I was speaking with the other young lady. Obviously, extremely rude staff!!! The lady with blonde hair was very sweet and most helpful. However, the other one, I think she should rethink her job status. Very rude.

We were a family on vacation in Quebec and one of our hotel highlights was this Delta. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the rooms so clean and spacious. We had just stayed at Le Manoir Richelieu by Fairmont, and found that the customer service was way better at the Delta. It was a delight from the restaurant to the coffee shop!!

The complex is fantastic. Indoor and outdoor pool plus large therapeutic pool and whirlpool. Kids loved it! The games room could use a fixup but kids also loves that including the air hockey and play structure! Right at base of mountain. We used this hotel as a home base for various day trips. Go to Tadoudsac (whale watching) it's well worth it and the town is lovely. My only complaint is that the "penthouse" room we had (#541) had the worst bed set up and not reflective of what is shown in pictures. The upstairs inexplicably had four singles...and downstairs a double. Wth? Also no proper balcony for this penthouse room. Tip: request anything but room #541.
