Wheelchair accessible A fantastic breakfast ! Our family really enjoyed the pool! This will be our go to family stay It was very helpful that we asked for a later checkout time so our daughter could enjoy the pool after the free breakfast and it was no problem ! Great staff. See you again soon.

They didn’t notify us that the pool was closed, we purposely booked this hotel because the site showed a pool. Even upon checking in, they didn’t notify us at all that this was closed. Our room didn’t have extra bedding for the pullout couch, even though we reserved a king bed with a pullout and the reservation showed 2 adults 2 children. Our tv picture is so bad you can’t even see facial features on the people. We will never book here again.

We stayed while there was a hockey tournament in town. The staff were very busy but still did an excellent job with service. Breakfast was absolutely packed but the food was always hot and they refilled as necessary. Despite the chaos of the hockey kids, the staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed while visiting family in PTBO. Great place to stay with my 2 boys. They enjoy their continental breakfast and pool/hot tub. I enjoyed cleanliness and quite atmosphere

The foyer and breakfast are was beautiful bit it just went downhill from there. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, the sink was chipped and worn but it was the pool that pushed everything over the edge. You could see a film of grease, hair and dirt floating on the water. Absolutely disgusting. We went to this hotel so our kids could swim it was too filthy. What a disappointment. Never coming back

The hotel was able to meet my accommodation request for the lower floor as one of the guests has difficulty walking. The included hot breakfast was impressive with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, toaster, muffins, cereals, fruits, coffee and juice. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Thank you for the fridge and microwave in the room. Perfect for families! Quick 6 min drive downtown and away from the busier areas. Will most definitely come back.

Our beds were extremely uncomfortable which is disappointing after a busy day, when all you want is sleep. And our AC was broke. Unfortunately I had already unpacked my self(7 months pregnant) and 2 toddlers and got our beds all set up before leaving for dinner I set temperature....we got back and no difference we were not switching rooms. That night it was not to bad but the second night was extremely hot. But again just not up for having to get evening packed up to switch rooms after a long busy day
