We have been staying at this location for the last 9 years. With every stay we felt like we were the only people there. If is a sad time because all my children are finally finished University so untill the next generation attend we probably won’t make it back. Thanks for the memories.

Have stayed here a number of times when visiting family. All staff (front desk/housekkeeping/kitchen) are very friendly, deserving of good tips, and service is excellent. Rooms have always been clean and a very good quality. Very small challenges: elevators can have a long wait, pool is very chlorinated (as most hotels are) and bigger kids (and their parents) in pool area need to be more mindful about rules about horseplay and being safe for smaller children.

keep the hockey teams on the 2 and 3rd floor and the higher floors for other guests. Mini sticks games in the hallway, kids yelling, groups going back and forth between rooms.

Great location- Mall & Starbucks 🤓 Bed was uncomfortable - rugs showing signs of an upgrade. Other than that, enjoyable stay with family.

Family of 4 - had a two-night stay Sept 2022 and it was great. The room was clean, WiFi worked great and it kept the kids happy. Great location - can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Breakfast being included was a plus - lots of options (eggs, omelets, bagels, etc.) in the morning before you head out - my only complaint is the lack of seating (it gets busy), but you can always grab and bring back to your room to eat. Having coffee/tea/hot water available for free in the lobby all the time is great - the coffee was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family trip was great! The hotel stay was good eventhough there was no daily housekeeping. The staff was friendly & reassured if we needed anything to ask. Im concern regarding the housekeeper that has to clean the rooms after checkouts won’t this employee work triple hard to properly clean the room? Not everybody picks up after themselves. We had great 3 days holidays.
