Overnight stay on our way to a family visit. We stayed here years ago with our family. Happy to report that this hotel has been upgraded and is in great condition. Ample parking, staff are friendly and efficient. Food was good. Breakfast was filling with unlimited coffee

The staff was very friendly and the customer service was excellent. However, we had to change rooms upon arrival because the first room smelled like hockey equipment. In the second room, we were placed beside a family with a crying baby who cried continuously. Lol

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this hotel was. I gave cleanliness a 4 simply because the hot tub was foamy which speaks of bacteria. Pool was a great temperature for kids to enjoy playing.

The staff are very friendly, We stayed in a suite and the rooms are great and very spacious. The grandkids love the pool and especially the play structure. The price for the room was reasonable We will definitely be bakc next year for Christmas again

We booked 1 night here during Christmas holidays and it was such a great idea! We will now make it an annual tradition. What a perfect place for a staycation to get away from the busy holidays season with lots to do with family. Our children had a lot of fun in the play area & pool. Great dining options, kids eat free! A lot of friends asked me where we stayed & are now considering staying at Holiday Inn Portage West- booking very soon actually!

GREAT location for families. Our daughters played so hard, they crashed at the end of each evening. Restaurant was quick and staff were friendly…the fish tanks in the elevators were a huge hit!
