Best Western Plus Morden

First time here and it’s been really great. The room is so clean and tidy. Waterslide was a blast for them. The lady at the counter even lent me her scrunchie for my swim! We saw a lot of kids but never heard one from our room (we also have kids). Thanks for the wonderful little stay!!

We love going here for cheap getaways, not too far from the city that the kids complain about the driving but far enough that it feels like you’re far from home. There are also a few things to do nearby, many within walking distance. The building is new, staff is lovely, and the pool slide is perfect for my kids (ages 7 and 9). A couple of detractors…breakfast is only available until 9am on weekdays and 9:30am on weekends; I’m sure it used to be until at least 10. This is way too early to force vacationing guests to get up. There’s also only one waffle iron (all the other BWs I’ve stayed at have two), so even though we stayed a week, we never even got waffles since the line up was never-ending. The second issue was that, this time, the pool chemicals were out of whack. My kids developed coughs every time they went swimming that had them coughing so hard they vomited, every single time they swam and even for a few hours after getting out of the water. Initially I thought it was because they were playing too hard but when I noticed other kids throwing up also, I looked it up and learned that excess amounts of chlorine can have that effect. I mentioned it to the front desk and they replied that they knew and had already turned it down, but it continued to be a problem every single time my kids went into the water. This has not been a problem during prior visits; it seems like the staff needs more training on how to effectively maintain a pool.

Everything about this hotel is top end. From the staff, cleanliness and breakfast is amazing. Coming back for sure. Our grandkids want to stay here for "300 days" Thanks for a great stay

Nice and clean, new and modern! Great waterslide for the kids. Staff was friendly but didn’t see them much. Everything was in good working order and we had no difficulties with anything. Really good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide and the breakfast was delicious.

We love going to Morden BW even tho we are from morden we like to take the kids and enjoy the time away from home, its very clean staff is great, very friendly breakfast is top notch.

Everyone has been really friendly and helpful with anything we need. Our kids had a blast the whole weekend !

To noisy. To many kids running around. Made us come get shampoo etc. No one brought them to us. The lady who did the breakfast looked so miserable. Not friendly. Loved that it was pet friendl and the breafast was great.
