The room was clean and comfortable beds. The outdoor pool was not suitable for swimming. This was a disappointment for our two kids.

Overpriced. Sheets/!bedding was visibly soiled. Washroom was the size of a shoe box. It was difficult to turn at 360 degree while helping a child to take shower. Wifi was a joke, I used my data. Repeated ads were coming to connect to a paid network. Thermostat was virtual. I had to open windows to breath. Last, hotel staff sent a message to consider my request to keep the two booked rooms closer. I got a surprise when receptionist told me that there was only one room booked. I had to show the expedia booking. They gave me second room on another floor! Additionally, I had to pay for parking, no breakfast offered. Way over priced..

This was a one night stop over on a longer family trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown Kamloops providing several dining options. We would stay here again.

Initial room was filthy. Looked like the pullout couch hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The floor was full of crumbs. The building looked in disrepair. The area was a complete disaster, I was extremely worried my car would be broken into. I would never stay here again. I certainly would never stay with small children.

Front desk staff extremely unhelpful. Refused to allow me to move a room reservation 1 day forward to accommodate a family emergency even though there were plenty of rooms available. I won't be booking with Doubletree again for a very long time...

Rooms were fine and customer service was adequate. Outdoor pool and hot tub were nice but regular cleaning and maintenance is required. Not parking on the property but across the road in a public lot was not ideal, especially given the area and kids skateboarding around cars in the lot.
