Great service all around, staff had knowledge about the places I wanted to see. Radium looked beautiful and clean…loved visiting my childhood goto place.

Great 4 night stay with a family of 4. The hot tub wasnt working our final night and I was very disappointed after a day of skiing.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from parking lot to our room. Wildlife right in the parking lot.staff were very helpful. Restaurant on site was convenient. This is our new r&r get-away.

This is a exceptional place to stay, nicely kept, great staff and it's great place to relax. If your golfer and want a quiet time in the evening, it is perfect, how ever if your a traveling family stay away from the town of Radium, it is absolutely dead by 9:00pm. Down the road is Invermere, close to both Radium and Fairmont Hot springs and a very nice town full of many activities with many places to stay.

Nice property, kids loved the pool and hot tub. My only issue is that the air conditioners in the rooms are a bit noisy, which isn't great if you are a light sleeper.

Relaxed and renovated, I was happy to stay at the Prestige. The best feature is the front desk staff, mainly a nice gentleman name Oggie. He was very welcoming and so attentive to making our stay fabulous. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Oggie was so helpful and he even provided us with board games. Nice touch! The hotel was very clean and the rooms spacious! We had a great sleep in the comfy beds. We will be back again!

Basic pool and hot tub but my kids loved it. We also loved the hdmi cable they leave hooked up to the tv as most hotels we’ve been to make it difficult or impossible to connect a console or laptop. The most disappointing part was arriving and finding out the gym is closed the days we are there. I wouldn’t have booked a hotel without a gym so maybe an email or some sort of advanced notice would have been nice. Decent place but I’ve certainly stayed in better for the same price.

The room was great. We were impressed by the washroom, which was spacious and very clean. I dare to say it's probably the best hotel in town with an excellent location. The only little nuisance was that our room was on the same floor as the pool and there were many kids shouting on the hallway, but we understand that kids will be kids.

Stay was pleasant with family. Cleanliness was excellent. Dining options were not great,expensive and seems short staffed for a large hotel. Not noise proof. Parking was easy and very convenient location. Staff was friendly. Will recommend.
