Ramada by Wyndham Westlock

This is the only hotel we stay at when we go to Westlock to see family. The staff are always amazing!

I was greeted well and with the Saturday night staff, set us up quick and we were good to go. Problem came from zero tv service, kids running up and down the hall (playing hall hockey even) and in the morning when I went to check out and let the front desk know about the tv… no one was there after 4 rings. I just dropped the keys on the desk and walked away. Wasn’t impressed since it was very busy in the morning…

Called ahead to inquire about breakfast. Advised we were driving half hour from Barrhead for pool for kids. When we checked in we’re not told anything about pool. Attempted to take kids down shortly after checkin only to see pool was shut down for maintenance. Called front desk and told it was closed for several weeks as they were waiting for parts. Asked why we weren’t advised ahead of time and told that they can’t tell each guest such thing? Really!? Carpet in hallway is bunched up badly. Just run down for a newish looking hotel. For $170 a night was expecting a whole lot more. Won’t be staying here again.

The room we had was huge and very clean! The pool was a bit for the kids and staff was very kind and friendly!

It’s was fabulous! Quiet 🤫 relaxing 😎 had a dip in hot tub after a long drive ! Plus a swimming pool great facilities! Awesome staff ❣️Have us a great experience at Ramada . Would suggest a stay if driving thru Westlock to Edmonton. Take a load off and stay at Ramada you will not be disappointed. And pet friendly. Great variety of breakfast which included in your stay ! Delicious 😋 thank you Ramada Clerk who gave us a break by giving us a discount only charging us for one dog not two ! I was impressed with her compassion for my Furbabies ❣️And there stay 😎making our long weekend excellent 💗🙌🐶🦊

The conference room supplied everything we needed. We had our daughters 11 year birthday there and the kids used the pool, we could bring in whatever we needed for the party, used the projector for a movie, the kids loved it. We also rented a room for a sleepover and the staff decorated the room. it was absolutely AMAZING!

Hotel was great as it usually is; 3 beds works perfect for a 3 kid family; pool was great for the Monday night we stayed over night - however is was closed all day Tuesday for MTCE.; which was a bit of a disappointment for the kids that wanted one last couple of hours of pool time before we checked out for 11am. breakfast was great and hot. BPs next the property is a huge bonus; great service and good food.

The king suite was great! Lots of room for visiting with a separate sleep area. Good breakfast for the kids.

Great to have a buffet breakfast and be able to visit with family. Negative: the key cards often don't work and it can be very frustrating.

The room was great for families, real nice size, especially enjoyed the 2 doors for the kids to walk out and play.
