We had a tremendous stay! The kids loved the pool with the slide, everything was so clean, and the service was tremendous!

Our family of 5 (3 teens, 2 adults) stayed here for 1 night on May long weekend. We wanted a place with a pool, hot tub, slide and breakfast. We got 3 out of 4. Check in was incredibly slow, but we're patient as there was a new front desk person and she was learning. We very much appreciated that she told us about the Pow Wow because we went and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was fine but the beds dipped a little in the middle which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. We went down for breakfast at 8am and there was nothing left to eat and nowhere to sit. Large groups of families took up the eating area letting their children run free, making food messes everywhere. 2 staff tried as hard as they could to keep up with the demand but it was useless. We decided to go back to our room, pack up then try again for breakfast. We came down 45 min. later and the same families were sitting, chatting at the tables, still eating as though they hadn't eaten in days. One man took the tray of bacon set on the counter, brought it to his table and shared it with his family. It could have fed 20 people. It went to 6. We gave up and went to McDonalds for breakfast even though we chose this hotel for the included breakfast. Perhaps a kind but firm sign on each table about a half hr. time limit and sharing of food could benefit ALL paying guests. My teens were very disapointed and us as paying parents for the hotel will not return. Staff did their best with inconsiderate patrons.

Great for families. Pool was fun with a slide. Free parking and breakfast!

Great service, delicious breakfast, great view of mountains; pool and hot tub; rooms are homey, comfortable beds, great water pressure; staff are friendly. Kid friendly ( sometimes kids run and jump)

The pool and slide were a big hit with the kids and the hot tub was magical after a day of skiing. The staff are also great and so accommodating.

Weather wasn't great therefore they were letting guests check in early. This was much appreciated and spending the afternoon on the pool/hot tub/waterslide was a great "make up" for the kids, too pur failed attempt at skiing that day. Many thanks. Most stalls had plug ins also- bonus! (Pincher no stranger to high winds and low windchills)

Our family had a room with 3 beds, it was great!!! There were 3 adults & 2 kids, pool & hot tub & breakfast all included!

Staffs are nice. Pool is easy to access and best to kids. Wish there are more hot food choices for breakfast.

Hot tub and pool were broken and we were not advised. The only reason we booked this hotel was so that the kids could enjoy the water slide and hot tub facilities. Our children were extremely disappointed.

We enjoy our stay here with my family, free brekafast included variety of foods to choose. pool and hot tub is clean. i travelled a lot not all hotel pool and hot tub is clean but this hotel is crystal clear weter! and the Body wash and shampoo( Dove brand) is the normal size installed by the wall shower. pretty cool that i don't have to squezze the mini bottle of hotel size.
