Stayed in a loft suite. Was a little cramped for a family of 4 but we made the best of it. Pool area was great. Enjoyed watching the grazing Elk off of our balcony. The breakfast buffet however was quite disappointing and expensive for what was being served. It was what you would expect at a free "continental" style breakfast not a "buffet". We arrived just before 9 and everything was pretty much empty already.

Although the 3 bdrm
Loft is a grey setup for a family, the room was not very clean. The kettle was crusty and dirty. There was one cloth for everything in the kitchen (washing, drying, etc.) the room was outdated but functional.

The hotel amenities were nice, pool area was great and it wasn’t overly busy. The rooms for families are a nice option with the loft but the stairs are exposed on the one side and very narrow so I would not recommend for young children.

We were a group of 8 people and had booked 3 very different rooms which were all great! The hotel was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the onsite pool was fantastic for the kids! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Jasper.

The place was ok and cute at the same time. It had a nice pool for the kids but a only warm hot tub. My biggest complain is the beds. Usually hotel beds are great and I have good sleeps. This time around I was tossing and turning, and my kids said the same for their beds as well. Also, the breakfast is way over priced considering many other hotels include the same breakfast for free.

Loved the rooms and area! Only issues we had was parking was DREADFUL. There was essentially no parking and I had to walk about a block with my bags and a toddler on my hip in the snow and mush. Wasn’t ideal. Other than that room was perfect.
