The rooms here are clean, there is so much for families to do together and lots od dining options. Perfect family vacation. We went for my husband's birthday, they left a bottle of wine for us as a gift and they brought a cake up as soon as we arrived. It was amazing! Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Love this property in the mountains. Great kids pool with 3 slides. Lovely nature walks. Food is a bit expensive. 45 dollars for the dinner buffet. Regardless, we always have a great time.

Something they don’t tell you is if you need or want a microwave for your room call done to ask for one. We travel with kids so always pack extra food and not having a microwave was a shock. The amount $$ there should be one in every room regardless.

We booked this property as a special combination birthday for a grandparent and grandchild. The place did not disappoint. Everyone had an amazing time, from young to young-at-heart. The water park isn’t huge but it packs a punch. Our dinner at Forte was exactly what we needed they had a buffet or menu option, which helps when you have a lot of people and waiting can be a bother. The staff were great and it really worked for our crew. Thomas the Doorman was an absolute treat, running around to help us with check in and check out and even had a short stint entertaining the kids by solving a Rubik’s cube to everyone’s delight. Great stay, highly recommend!!

Amazing experience their is not another place nearby not even in Banff that touches the feeling and experience that you get here with your family. amazing water park for kids amazing Nordic Spa child care services so you can enjoy the spa and movie nights for kids while you go enjoy the spa for the twilight special. thanks for amazing experience for the last 10 years.

The property is in a great setting. Lots of things for young families. I didnt fond the value for the cost was worth it and will look at alternatives in the future.

The entire property is beautiful! The spa is of course incredible, and the staff is super nice. The food was delicious - our only complaint is that adults could not order off the kids menu in the lounge.. adults love chicken fingers too..
