Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Edson, an IHG Hotel

Good breakfast. Pool was great for kids..

The property itself was in decent shape, I booked the room because of the pool and hot tub but the hot tub was not working. Please tell people ahead of time that the hot tub is not in service. This was a huge disappointment to the entire family. Breakfast was good and everyone was friendly.

This was a wonderful stay with me and my family of 4 hope this review makes others come to your location.

Staff were accommodating and very friendly. The continental breakfast was great! (They have an automated pancake maker!!) and the pool and water slide were a hit with the kiddos. 10/10 recommend. Will stay there every time we stop in Edson

It would have been really nice to know about their pool not working! I paid 200 for nothing! I was here for my kids hockey tourny. If i would have known about the pool being oit of service i would have booked at a 50 dollar hotel with the same stay i had here!! Very disappointed!

A friendly phone call to make sure everything was ok just before we arrived. Upon arrival we were welcomed by one of the nicest hotel staff’s I have ever met in my life . and we travel quite a bit . Seeing my family with me offered to give us an upgrade to one of the biggest rooms he had to make it more comfortable for our stay . A phone call when in the room to make sure that everything was acceptable to us . Upon our last day I knew I was going to need a Late check out. This was given to us at no extra charge and we’re very happy to do so . Is my wife and two children waited for me to come pick them up he turned on the breakfast lemonade machine to make sure that my girls would not be wanting anything they couldn’t have.. just friendly beyond belief . The pool facilities were very well-maintained and the bathrooms were immaculate .

Traveling from Vancouver with 3 kids, had been a long day, everyone was very tired ...the service was friendly and the beds sure felt comfortable! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Kim

It had the pool going. With times for you to book it for you. I got the perfect time slot and enjoyed the pool alone, with my family.

Lovely stay, the kids had an awesome time in pool and water slides. Breakfast was delicious
