Dirty and dated. the room was dark & old. looked like the last time it had a deep clean was 20 years ago. We stayed in the family suite and agreed never again. For $225 / night… do better

I had a pleasantly surprising stay. I am an agreeable person and I don’t usually leave reviews. This hotel had pleasant staff, clean rooms, a pretty good free breakfast, and a water slide! My kids had fun and we enjoyed ourselves. The rooms didn’t have USB plugs, the elevator was a bit slow, and the pool was not huge. None of these cost them a star’s rating from me. I’ll be back.

We enjoyed the staff first and foremost. They were so happy & kind when we checked in! So lovey. Our room was great, slightly awkward set up (we had a king suite) but great nonetheless. Pool was wonderful our kids liked it! And our breakfast was nice 🙂 we will be back for sure!

We really loved this hotel and enjoyed the pool and the room. The only thing was that they only give breakfast tickets for 4 people and we are a family of 6 and booked a room for 6 people. But other than that, it was great! We would come back!

There was a Lacrosse tournament during our stay that we were unaware of. The parents let their kids run ape on the place. It was like a prison riot…kids throwing towels and chairs in the pool, running down hallways floor to floor yelling and pounding on doors and the staff did nothing. The kids damaged the security doors from the stairs to the halls so that they would not lock, to allow them free access. The whole team should have been ejected from the hotel!
