We came for a family memorial in New Norway. Room was nice but outdated. Breakfast and dinner buffet was included but food was just edible. Pool, hot tub, and water slide were closed during our stay.

Walls and ceilings are thin, so you hear everything. It sounds like hippos are dancing on your head. Also, they aren't very transparent about having booked rooms for outside events that will affect your experience. (For example, dance competition in town, and children screaming, running up and down the halls all hours of the day and night.)

The hotel and casino are really kept up and a very property to visit. However I was harassed and experienced a very unnecessary encounter by an employee during our family stay.

stayed with two kids and my wife. Room was amazing! clean and modern! Kids enjoyed the water slide and mini pancakes bite are breakfast.

Great pool for the kids and free breakfast was delicious. Very convenient having the casino in the same building as well.

The family room was nice, except for the second bathroom not having a door so the toilet was open to the bedroom. Having the second shower was really nice after a day at the pool. Service staff at the restaurant was really good and so was the food.

We had to book here last minute for a tournament. I’d love to know more about the go kart track outside, it’s something that my kids would have enjoyed, but I didn’t know about ahead of time. The room was clean and large. We could not get the tv to work though, either in our room or the gym. We could not access any channels. The pool and hot tub were nice. Watch out, the hot tub has really rough siding that tore up my bathing suit! Breakfast was buffet. We went within the last half hour and they were pretty much all out of food, utensils, clean plates and so we didn’t get much. The staff were nice, but it was inconvenient

Great place! Staff is very friendly, helpful and goes out of their way to treat you like family! Highly recommend staying here when in the Camrose area. We will definitely be back!
