What a beautiful place. We stayed in the Riverview suites with the plunge pool and it was a beautiful room. But for how much money we spent we were a little bit disappointed. We were given a baby crib that was broken. So we had to stuff pillows and blankets under the crib to prop it up so my son could have a proper sleep. We would order room service every night and the amount we were charged for a small grilled cheese sandwich or a small bowl of soup was ridiculous We really appreciated all the vegan options

Beautiful property with staff that go above and beyond. Few food choices for picky children and service at main restaurant slightly slow. This would not have been an issue but we were on a time schedule for an excursion. I would definitely stay here again.
