The General Manager Laurence was a true gentleman. The hotel is situated in a great location, and the perfect setting to explore the city. As a family we did make use of the bar area, and breakfast facilities which were perfect. The kids managed to run around and tire themselves in the lobby... we may have not witnessed the night life of Ghent, but if you're a family looking for a comfortable stay, this is your hotel.

This was a great location for visiting Ghent and being in the City Center. Everything is walkable from the site. The hotel double bed was great for my family. The bed and the room were comfortable. The breakfast was great, especially the staff in the restaurant. Wished we could have stayed longer.
