Martin's Relais

Myself and my girlfriend both agreed we'd stay there again! Location originally seems a little off the beaten path but it's actually perfect as a short walk(5 minutes) to the square and from there Bruges is at your fingertips. Great little restaurants and pubs close by. Frite Museum & Choco Story within 3 minutes. Are room was spacious; kinda like a small apartment with a view of the canal. Location was very quiet as well. Staff was EXCELLENT! Very helpful and friendly. Gina became a member of the family! Driving a car...parking is ok...about a 5 minute walk but considering parking elsewhere that was a steal plus it's in a secure parking garage! Only issue we had was breakfast as 25 euro's each which was expensive for what you were offered but there are plenty of small cafes close by for breakfast....make sure the try the Belgian waffles!

Interesting hotel with some oddities. The toilet in our bathroom was very low and the shower bath was slippery. Some anti-skid strips need to be added or (better) replace the bathtub with a walk-in shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
