Family of 4 (2 adult kids) stayed here 2 nights during our 2 week European vacation. What a delight! The family room had fabulous bedding and luxury bathroom. We even had a view! And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Checkin was smooth. The hotel is a great location and best food and shops are an easy walk. We enjoyed the huge open farmers market on our first day and enjoyed great beer and chocolate. What a great city and hotel!

We stayed for one night as passing through Bruges. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Travelling as a family of four, we were given a family room which was a fantastic size and very well appointed. Staff at check-in could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Would highly recommend!

We had the best time, booking multiple rooms for a family birthday celebration. The hotel is in a great location, very close to town, but far enough away to not hear any noise. The staff were all amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly; a real asset to the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and delicious. We stayed in the romantic style rooms and they def had the wow factor. Would definitely stay here again and loved Bruge in general.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was close to the main area, just a 10 minute walk to the square. Raman at reception was so lovely and helped me a lot with my baby - washing bottles and generally paying extra attention to us. It was very helpful.
The rooms were clean and comfortable- we had a random pillar in the middle which affected the view of the tv but apart from that it was good.
There isn’t a phone in the room which made it quite difficult to contact reception - they gave a mobile number but it was quite difficult to always reach someone.
Overall a 9/10 stay in Bruges.

This was a great place to stay - we had a family room and it was huge. My daughter especially liked the outside seating area. The beds were quite comfortable except for very small rather uncomfortable pillows. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. Also, the hotel was a short walk from the city centre, so the location was great too.

Excellent value for money. Clean, tidy hotel with the added bonus of a pool. Room was first class with large king size bed & nice en-suite bathroom. Breakfast choice was 5 star with friendly helpful staff. Fantastic for kids. Would definitely recommend a wonderful base to explore Bruge & the area.

A decent, well run hotel a short walk from the centre of town. All staff were helpful and friendly.
I enjoyed my stay, but….
My room was so small! Small rooms only work if there’s space for storage but there was nothing here. I was alone and it was a challenge - I think it would send a couple crazy! There’s a small clothes rack but a coffee machine, kettle and other stuff under it.
Also, the location of my room was odd. It wasn’t in the main building - it was reached by an external spiral staircase or through the hotel & out of a fire door. The latter was ok for going to the room, but not always possible going from the room because the fire door was usually shut. So leaving with a heavy bag wasn’t straightforward!
On the positive side, the room was furnished to an excellent standard, the coffee machine and coffee were great, the bathroom was good (apart from the shower door seal not being good), the Wi-Fi excellent and there were unexpected extras like a minibar and dressing gowns/slippers.
There’s a pool and gym - a nice bonus - but the pool is very small and heavily chlorinated. Ok for kids to mess around in but you couldn’t really use it for a swim. Similarly, the gym was small. The treadmill was broken throughout my stay. The weights section was just a multi-gym machine. Ok for a holiday workout but if someone else is using it…tough!
But it was a nice hotel. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked decent. I’d stay again but get a bigger room!

Location of hotel is on very edge of historic area so it is a little walk. Elevator was out of order on day we arrived do we had to walk our cases upstairs.
Drain in shower was extremely slow to drain water so we couldn't run shower on full power, bathroom glass door had dropped so it was rubbing on floor and difficult to open.
Painfully small wardrobe for a family room when there was space to fit a bigger wardrobe.
Not even a complimentary bottle of water, had to pay 3 euros for it. Room was ok but a bit tired. Why only 1 pillow each?
Air con did not work. Asked at reception and they magically switched it on. Trip switch at main desk? Air con would not go less than 18 degrees Celsius so tye room was too warm on a very warm day outside.
Small issues but they affected our stay
