The property was stunning. All the staff was amazing and make us feel so welcomed. The beach was beautiful and my kids had so much fun. The breakfast was so delicious and great options. Loved that the mall was in walking distance from the resort.

The hotel was so clean and the staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. Food was good as well. I would’ve wished that pool is restricted for adults, whereas beach is also for kids, to have a quiet time at the pool. And the only thing that was not up to standard is the housekeeping and room service are super super slow when you ask for something. But nonetheless, the staff were apologetic and helpful. I can’t wait to visit Vida Marassi again!

2nd visit to this hotel and my family and I loved it. Very clean and modern facilities and rooms. Kids club and staff are great. Breakfast is getting better Only complaint this time actual beach was closed and moved far next to the public one. This was not notified
