Nice vibe about this hotel, it feels like a family run business (maybe it is?) friendly and helpful staff. Room good and clean. Very quiet and handy for my business trip.

We’ve had a wonderful stay during the Christmas season. The hotel is very close located to the Karlplatz. The breakfast was very variated. The room was big enough and very tidy! We would recommend it to all our friends and family!

The worst of the stay was the parking. Not suitable at all if you come with your car and family with young and old. Otherwise location was good! Hotel was clean and breakfast was great!

I’ve stayed here before. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Ringstrasse so not in a tourist or heavy traffic area but in a high end Vienna neighborhood. It’s a nice family-oriented hotel. Probably lots of prosperous but low key Austrians stay there. Rooms are spacious enough but feel cozy. Great breakfast. Nice, highly competent staff.

Hotel Erzherzog is a very nice and cosy hotel in a pleasant residential area in Vienna - close to good restaurants and the city centre. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. It is a good and quiet hotel - most of the guests we saw were adult couples without children. We have definitely found our new favourite hotel in Vienna.
