We had three rooms for 4 nights for a family visit to Vienna. Our stay was very comfortable. Hotel Location is quite convenient as this very short distance to Metro line. Hotel staff is professional and arranged our ride to airport. All in all very good experience and great value for money.

We were a family of four (two elementary aged children) and the room was spacious and perfect for us. The shower is weird but not a problem as some people commented. It was extremely quiet even though our 1st (US 2nd) floor room faced the U train. Also it was only an 8 minute U train ride from Karlzplatz so the location is fantastic.

Reception staff is v good and helpful. For our family of four we got Corner room on 6 floor. Room is facing road so noise in the night. But I like view. Only miss is there is no kettle in room for hot water. But staff can provide hot water as required. Transportation is v easy. Train station is across road which is major plus. For good price good hotel.
