The Harmonie Vienna, BW Premier Collection

I stayed at The Harmonie Vienna with my family and we absolutely loved the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips on travelling around and things to do. The buffet breakfast was brilliant. They even catered for our vegetarian, egg-free diet. The location is great as public transport is a short walk away. And if you don't mind walking, you can get to some of the attractions within 15 - 20 minutes on feet. For the quality of the hotel and lovely staff, I'm shocked how much we paid for our stay. The hotel is posh, very good services, very clean and rooms are spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast is very good but would be a good idea to go early, 7-8 am.

Can’t say enough about this hotel especially since it’s Vienna and the options for nice places in the old town are limited and pricy. We had 8 people and they were so patient with us and my kids so this is definitely very family friendly. Breakfast was nice, location was perfect and the afternoon tea (with cake and good tea!) was the highlight of my 9 year old’s time in Vienna to the point she insisted we get back for it every day. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the Harmonie Hotel; we stayed 9 nights. Perfect location with the tram stop two minutes away and 12 minutes from "city center"; you can even walk if you are up to that. Boutique hotel with beautiful design. Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Taxi bookings (don't use Uber!), dinner reservations and tips, tram tickets, maps, etc. We had a comfortable room for the three of us (parents and 13-year old child). Crispy clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was copious and varied -- a great way to start the day. We even took selfies with breakfast staff :-) Afternoon tea and pastries was also a daily ritual before later dinner. We will definitely return and make the Harmonie Hotel our Viennese home.
