The hotel is adjacent to the ski slopes with easy access to the lifts. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and service was first class. Check in was a breeze and we had all our ski passes in a matter of minutes. InterSport are within the hotel complex so renting is easy and the dedicated lockers in the ski room are perfect. The kids were in ski school and they had a great time - the instructors were brilliant.
We had an issue with our room (no fault of the hotel) and they moved us to another immediately without extra cost.
In summary, one of the best ski hotels that I have stayed in and a perfect family resort.
