We spent 2 weeks in Europe and this was our favourite stay! Authentic Austrian feel, GREAT staff and delightful check in. Town was great with lots of shopping and dining and kids loved having access to the pool facilities down the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, but poor service. The receptionist misinformed us upon arrival and insisted that the dinner was included in the rate, she gave us a menu and told us that they had reserved a table for us. It turned out it was not the case, the dinner was not included and they would charge all of us including the children 32 euro per person for the dinner. The hotelstaff/manager did not make any apology or tried to make this a more pleasant experience. Unfortunatly this made our stay disapointing. The apartement was newly refurbished it seemed, but lack attention to details - for example is not possible to stand up and shower. Plus for two bathrooms in one apartment. Nice breakfast.
