Natur & Spa Hotel Lärchenhof

This hotel has the potential to be a good hotel but right now there are too many mistakes being made by the staff. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed due to a wedding which was not a problem but the next day when we went for breakfast we were met by a filthy breakfast room. The carpet was so dirty that it put me off my breakfast. How you can open a restaurant for your guests in the state it was in is beyond my belief. We also had to ask the waiters everyday if they could fill more juice in the containers, bring more bread , more glasses. They had no eye for detail and some got annoyed when you asked them to bring more items. The tables outside were still filthy from breakfast so you had to clean them yourself for lunch. I had to go and ask them to bring some drinks for lunch as the waiter was too busy talking to her colleague. Lunch was pathetic, bad soup and limp salad. The one positive thing about this hotel is the rooms, we stayed in a junior suite which was very modern. Some staff were really friendly but they def need more training. We stayed for three nights and we ate out two of them. Seefeld has such an idyllic centre with lots of nice places to eat and nice shops. Def worth visiting but I would not stay at this hotel. Wi-fi is really crap here as it is a shared wifi for the whole of Seefeld.
