The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. The pool is warm and cosy (very nice option to swim outside), the food is very good (the prices in the restaurant and bar reasonable), and there is really good gym. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is rather nothing to do for smaller children, apart from the pool. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank U!

we spend a week vacation at this beautiful resort and we are very pleased with the service. Great amenities for family to enjoy. Although the properties really Carter for Adults, but kids can have fun if you are more of the adventure family.

A real gem! Great location, next to the main slopes with beautiful pools, sauna, steam rooms excellent half-board option. We had a large suite for us and our 2 children (2 rooms) . It was very quiet (we couldn't hear any noise from the road) The hotel delivered on every level; the food was delicious, the staff we so professional and we were made to feel that nothing was too much to ask. The pool warm, plenty of towels. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will be back next year!

The food service at dinner each night was abysmal. On Christmas eve, for the "Gala Dinner", we were sent to the dining room at 6.30. Even though everyone had pre-ordered out main course the previous night, it took 3 and a half hours for them to finish serving dinner. It was chaotic with staff running about with random plates of food. None of us got our food at the same time - children first, then the vegetarian at our table, and one hour later, the meat eaters got their food. Not up to the standard of such a hotel.
