Great room for a family of 4 for 2 nights, the breakfast was really good, staff was friendly, would stay again.

We booked a family room for two adults and two children. The room specified either two double beds or four twin beds. I passed up many other options because the other only offered one double bed and a pull out couch for four people. I paid extra for this room. Unfortunately when we checked in, we were given a room with a double bed and a pull out couch. W explained to the front desk this was incorrect. We showed photos of the room description from hotels.com which clearly described two double beds. But we were told this room does not exist. Later, we were told there was a room with two double beds but it was not occupied. I explained I was not happy and that three nights on a pull out couch would be very uncomfortable for my 5’10 boys. But nothing mattered. I contacted Hotels.com who sympathized and arranged a free breakfast. That was nice but three uncomfortable nights was not equal to one free breakfast. Furthermore, I have no tolerance for hotels that misrepresent rooms! There are too many other choices.

Overall excellent, breakfast worth the price. Unfortunately one of our family members was very disappointed with the lack of clarity regarding parking fees. The hotel has an agreement with a public parking close by with more options for larger cars, but they never offered to him as an option. Be aware that the hotel rates are almost double.
