Our “Deluxe” Studio was in a different location to the parking and pool which was inconvenient for groceries and luggage and children. It was also very small, a third of the size of a one bedroom “executive” which was cheaper, had access to parking and pool. We should have chosen this option saved money, more space and easier lift access to parking. The car street noise is horrific, not so bad when the door is shut but you can still here goons and large trucks as it leads to the highway. We didn’t use our balcony, so loud. Choose Accn one street closer to the beach to avoid the noise! It was clean and tidy and Scarborough was a nice beach location with bars and restaurants.

Clean, comfortable, check in assist helpful, excellent location. With lots in the area for singles, couples or families. Had a fantastic sleep and stay. Thanks.

Staff were AMAZING! Very friendly, helpful and very easy to deal with. The big disappoint was the false advertising with Hotels.com. The Studio room was advertised and one child stays for free. That was not the case. So my 2 children slept in the bed and I slept on the floor. They said I could move rooms the second night but it would cost an extra $200 which as a single Mum I was unable to afford it, so the floor it was.
