The Melbourne Hotel

We arrived 2am and was welcomed by a very helpful and cheerful receptionist ( I didn't get his name ) who got us sorted and able to get into our room toot sweets! The bed was awesome sooo large and comfy. There was no disturbance, shower great, no outside noise, we never got the opportunity to try the restaurant as we were meeting family in town, but next time we visit Perth we will stay here at the Melbourne. We will recommend staying here. 👍

Great weekend stay at The Melbourne Hotel in Perth. Was a gift from the kids. They chose a Heritage room for us as we love old things. Room was clean, recently renovated and modern with a few (not many) heritage characteristics like ornate cornices and skirtings. Continental breakfast was included and plenty. We didn't need to eat again until the evening. Roof top bar was great. Economical parking at $28 for whole weekend was around the corner. Hotel restaurant food at De Baun & Co was lovely. Hotel was very convenient to bars, clubs, movies, theatre, shops, cafes etc in the city. My only very small complaint was there was no bedside clock and we had 2 pillows each, which would normally be fine, but 1 was very hard and the other European pillow was sooo big it took up half the bed, but was comfortable enough. Would recommend
